Law firm files a collective (class) action lawsuit on behalf of Hourly-Paid Employees against Junior Food  Stores of West Florida, Inc. , doing business as Kwik Shops, for unpaid overtime, unpaid pre-shift and post shift “off the clock” work time, unpaid training time, unpaid off-duty time and for being required to perform job duties during unpaid meal periods — for those who have worked for Junior Food Stores’ Kwik Shops  at any time within the past three years.
